How does it work?

Planned maintenance

The annual maintenance of our slopes will take place on the following dates in 2024. During the maintenance, the slopes are not accessible.

Monday May 27 to Friday June 21

Monday June 24 to Friday June 28

Slope 4

Monday July 1 to Friday July 5

Competitions & training sessions

During the ski team season (1 July to 30 September 2024), Slope 1 is not open or only partially open due to training/competitions.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY VISIT DATE AND/OR TIME SLOT

You can easily make a change to your visit date or time slot via our webshop or via the link in your booking confirmation. You can do this up to one hour before your original timeslot. We charge a surcharge of € 2.75 per ski pass. Keep your booking number and e-mail address of your order at hand. Need help? You can find an extensive step-by-step plan here.

NB! Changing your visit date and/or timeslot is only possible for your entire order. Do you want to change individual passes? Please contact us, at least 60 minutes prior your visit.

No date changes can be made for tickets that have expired, been cancelled or had a refund.

Equipment rental

You can add equipment to your order in step 4 of the booking process. Have you forgotten this, or do you want to book (extra) equipment after ordering? Select the option “Rental equipment”.

What is the validity of my ski pass?

Ski passes purchased at the checkout are valid only for the day of purchase.

Tickets purchased online via snowworld.com, with a pre-selected date and time slot, are only valid on the chosen date and time slot. Are you unable to attend? Then use our date-change module in the ticketshop, for a fee.

By default, all tickets are subject to 5 minutes of free overtime, after that the rate of €0.35 per minute applies.

I HAVE AN UNDATED SNOWWORLD TICKET

You have a SnowWorld ticket for an unspecified date and would now like to reserve a date and time. Follow these steps to reserve a date and time. Enter the number from your ticket's barcode while checking out. Once you've entered a valid barcode number, you will be able to complete your reservation. You will receive a confirmation with your new SnowWorld ticket at the email address you provided. Bring this new SnowWorld ticket with time slot with you to SnowWorld. You will need to show a valid ticket when entering. There are no additional costs to add a time slot to an already-purchased ticket.

I HAVE A TICKET FROM A THIRD PARTY RETAILLER

You have a ticket purchased through a third party and would now like to reserve a date and time. This is a ticket from one of our external parties, such as HEMA, Albert Heijn, Social Deal, Kruidvat, etc. Simply follow these steps to reserve your date and time. Enter your voucher code or the number from your ticket's barcode while checking out. Once you've entered a number, you will be able to complete your reservation. You will receive a confirmation with your new SnowWorld ticket at the email address you provided. You will need to show this new SnowWorld ticket with time slot when entering. There are no additional costs to add a time slot to an already-purchased ticket.

Also bring the third-party ticket with you to SnowWorld, just in case. Please note that the third-party ticket or voucher code is proof of purchase, but it is not valid for entry.

N.B. The calendar of the "I already have a ticket/voucher" flow is constantly being updated with time slots.

National Postal Code Lottery Discount Calendar & Discount Guide

Coupons from the National Postal Code LotteryDiscount Calendar or Discount Guide can only be redeemed as described. Please note: You must bring both your SnowWorld ticket and the coupon with you to SnowWorld. Once you've handed over the coupon and had your SnowWorld ticket checked, you will be allowed to access the slopes. Please note: You will not be allowed entry to SnowWorld without the coupon.
