Little Caesars Italian Cheese Bread Ingredients

  • Pizza dough – it can be canned or homemade. I like this best with homemade pizza dough, but canned pizza dough also works well.
  • Shredded Italian Cheese Blend – I believe Little Caesar’s uses a blend of Muenster and mozzarella for their cheese topping. You could do that, or you can use an Italian blend of shredded cheese sold at the grocery store.
  • Butter – to spread over the hot cheese bread after it is baked.
  • Garlic – a must for Italian cheese bread!
  • Italian Seasoning – a blend of herbs that is perfect to sprinkle on garlic bread or jazz up spaghetti sauce.

Just an FYI. Little caesars uses a 1 part muenster and 2 part Mozzarella blend. It is baked in a pan with oil on the bottom to crisp it. The Italian in the name is simply the spice on top. Its then covered with a garlic butter on top with some Parmesan. It also uses a pan pizza dough not regular.

You don’t roll them into sticks. They are actually cut AFTER baking. It works best by using a pizza cutter.
