Having played lots of games now here are the FIFA 21 best cheap strikers in our opinion. We basically wanted goals from them but looked for their positioning and runs too. Using our method of adding the chemistry style which gives them the highest rating in game. We think this makes a difference as players can go from 83 rated to 88 rated strikers.
Memphis Depay FIFA 21 best cheap striker
The best cheap striker in FIFA 21 has to be Depay. Well under 10k when no relevant SBC is on for an 87 rated striker with finisher chemistry style. 5 star skills with 98 finishing, 97 shot power and 99 dribbling. Add to that lots of traits including our favourite for strikers – outside foot trait. High low work rate so stays looking for attacks and has the passing and creativity to provide goals for others too. There isn’t a better value striker in the game for us.
Not hard to build teams round and with a bit of coin saving put him next to Ben Yedder. A dream strike partnership good enough for highest divisions in rivals and weekend league. Scored goals for fun with him and love adding top skills which give you an attacking edge.
Mertens FIFA 21 bargain goalscorer
The value in Serie A is crazy in FIFA 21. Number 2 is Mertens who has incredible stats for under 10k. 99 finishing and dribbling and agility with 97 balance. All the traits you need to score goals like a top icon too. As good as any striker in the game for pure movement and finishing ability. The only problem is how EA have coded the stats. With finisher he is seen as an 83 rated striker. But 89 rated CF and you can actually get him to a 90 rated CAM. To get the full potential we advise starting him as a CAM or even CF if use right formation. Then change him to striker with custom tactics. Quite simply one of FIFA 21 best cheap strikers.
Joseph Martinez FIFA 21 fast cheap striker
Number 3 is our favourite lowest cost striker on FIFA 21 due to his pace, dribbling and finishing. He also has outside foot trait which we love on our forward players. You will notice on various clips of ours Martinez is the goalscorer. Also power header is useful for crosses which are back again this year. Add that to 90 jumping and he is dangerous in the air as well as on the ground. With full 100 chemistry and 10 player chemistry add chemistry styles and he is a top level striker. Finisher style makes him 86 rated with 99 finishing, 94 shot power and 99 agility. Plus high attacking work rate for runs.
The problem is building a squad which can maximise his stats being in MLS. Although even as a sub he is a very good striker. From the bench which gives 6 player chemistry he can be an 83 rated striker with 91 finishing, 87 positioning and 95 agility. These are high for any forward player. Only 3 star skills but this year there are overpowered 1 star skills to use.
Lautaro Martinez FIFA 21 awesome cheap striker
4th favourite is Martinez the Inter striker. If he had outside foot trait we would probably have put him 1st he is that good. With finisher chemistry style 89 rated striker for less than 5k is crazy. Probably the most rounded striker in the game after CR7 and icons. Has 4 star skills and weak foot with 99 finishing and 99 dribbling. Good pace and also has 88 jumping and 84 heading with power header trait. Meaning he can be every type of striker you might need. Gives lots of options when changing tactics and mixing up your game style and attacks.
Fits into lots of squads easily and Serie A is one of the best value leagues for high rated players.
Gabriel Jesus bargain striker in FIFA 21
5th One of the best cheap strikers in the game in 4th, and in English Premier League! Lots build EPL teams where the player prices are always much higher due to demand. Luckily Jesus is a fantastic EPL bargain striker. Add finisher chemistry style to Jesus and he is an awesome 88 rated player. You can’t get higher than 99 finishing, 99 dribbling and 99 agility. 92 positioning is key too. With a 3 star weak foot and not having outside of foot trait his value remains low. His dribbling and finishing with high stamina make up for that though. High work rates for tracking back too.
In Form Osimhen bargain beast striker in FIFA 21
6th is the 1st In Form version of Osimhen at Napoli. There is also a ones to watch version which could be worth investing in if you have a few more coins. In comparison to much higher rated players he has the pace, strength and finishing to be just as good. Used him in a lot of games and he uses his pace and power to score lots of goals. Play him through and defenders struggle to stop him. Also scores headers which are back in fifa 21. Give him marksman chemistry style and he is another 88 rated striker. For under 15k an absolute bargain.
Joao Felix FIFA 21 best cheap strikers
Players who are involved in promoting the game are always good players in the game. 7th is Joao Felix who has great stats for an 81 rated player. 5 star skills and 4 star weak foot he can be an 86 rated striker with finisher chemistry style. Has the traits to make him a top striker or dropping deeper. Not many players have the skills with 97 finishing, 98 dribbling and 95 agility!
Apsas actually scores for fun
Sometimes players don’t seem appealing in FIFA until you use them. We actually tried Aspas after someone scored 4 good goals with him against us in Rivals. Tried him and he scored 2 amazing finesse goals on debut. Kept using him and he kept scoring goals. With marksman he is 88 rated, 99 finishing and 97 dribbling. With outside foot trait and finesse trait he can score from lots of different angles and distances. So we had to add him at number 8.
Lukaku is actually a beast
9th is Lukaku, he has the stats to score goals with strength and power for headers. We wanted to add different types of strikers for styles of play. When crossing lots Lukaku scored lots. Not many players have 95 strength and it really shows in FIFA 21. A bit like super strong players in CDM they can also be very useful as strikers. Put a pacey agile player next to Lukaku and you have a perfect attack. Lots of options in Serie A as we have seen above. 89 rated striker with 99 finishing if use finisher style.
Inaki Williams pure pace FIFA 21
10th is a very cheap player who just loves to run through and score. We abused his pace over and over and he kept scoring goals with 94 finishing and 95 shot power. That’s if you add finisher chemistry style. With the outside of foot trait can score either side of keeper. An 86 rated beast for less than 5k, bargain.
