- The filing address for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, varies depending on the:
- Employer’s primary office location in the U.S.
- Classification for which you are filing
- Whether Premium Processing is requested
- USCIS may update filing addresses, so it’s essential to use the latest information available at the time of your filing
- In Form I-129 applications, the U.S. employer is known as “Petitioner”
- Foreign employee being sponsored for a visa is known as “Beneficiary”
