Absolutely horrible experience not one person talked tous inthe sales floor four people standing around doing absolutely nothing all the displays look filthy. Not agreat selection for acompany that specializes insales ofkitchen and bathroom items you would think they would try tosell you something places like this make you realize that you're not far from buying everything online

Went into the ontario location looking for avalentines gift for myself since ihad plan tospend italone. Let metellyou, the instant gratification the new Hansgrohe shower handle ipurchased from there was EXACTLY the experience iwas lookingfor. Thanks tothe friendly staff for all the knowlege and friendly service!

We purchased akitchen aid refrigerator back inJune. Wehave had nothing but issues with the ice maker since July. Pacific Sales has done nothing tohelp assist with getting the ice maker fixed with Whirlpool since Ihave been dealing with them since July. Iwill never purchase another appliance from Pacific Sales/Best Buy again. Also stay away from KitchenAid, their customer service has been horrible aswell.

Unit wewanted back ordered 60days (Home Depot) ormore orunavailable.. Lowes, even BestBuy. Went here and while not ondisplay they had unit and wehave anew fridge coming next week. Thanks Johnny.. Amazing

Pathetic service. Communication iszero. They don't care about the customers. Even ifyou buy high end appliances, they don't care torespond. The front desk aswell asthe appliance rep and plumber rep are terrible. Ihave been waiting for over amonth for myappliances toreceive. Avoid atall cost. Even ifyou have nochoice for ordering Sub zero orother high end appliances, avoid Pacific Sales. There iszero accountability with Pacific sales and Bestbuy.
