Power was shut off today. No advance warning from @SCE. Worker said it'd be back on at 3:30 p.m. At 3:30, Another worker said 5 p.m. At 6, SCE customer service said 6 p.m. It's 6:06. No power. Couple 90 year olds live on the street. I'm sure there won't be a tragedy.

So 15 minutes after barking at a @sce supervisor, the power mysteriously came back on. I'm sure the two things are unrelated. Nice to have a monopoly, I guess.

We have been without electricity since 1:28am. No A/C, no blow dryer etc. And the food in the refrigerator is starting to go bad!!! I called @SCE but they donβt care!! Lousy ass service!!! But their bills are always on time with plenty of reminders!!! ππΌππΌππΌ

@FF_Freak @SCE Get told the power will be back at 330 and then are told 5. You call and get told 6. Call again and get told 7, maybe. Seniors without power for 6 hours. A 90-plus day. Customer service brushes you off. It's how you treat people that shows whether a company gives a rat's ass.

@_alyssssssac @SCE @LaGothBimbo Net energy metering uses 12 months of your usage even out your solar generation credits. If they did it on a monthly basis they would cash you out on your excess usage on summer and you'd get hammered in winter when your panels don't produce as much. It sucks but best way for us.

@SCE my neighbor's AC turns on every couple of minutes causing all the lights in my house to flicker. I've called and had 3 tickets all get closed the same day they were opened, with no visit or resolution to the issue. Is there another way to get this resolved?

@tekstone @PGE4Me Been their tactic for several years now. I hated living in their part of the state. We get **** from @SCE too, like my bill being double what it was last year with my thermostat pegged on 78 but f*cken PG&E just cuts you off & lets you die rather than repair their infrastructure.
