Keto desserts in miniature! Who needs a reason to enjoy dessert for two? Cozy up with your sweetie pie and dig into these 30 easy keto dessert recipes. Or keep them all for yourself. I won’t tell.

Let’s hear it for mini keto desserts that don’t leave you with tons of tempting leftovers. Because as much as we all love dessert, too much of a good thing can get us off track.

Let’s face it, most dessert recipes feed 6 to 12 people. And if you’re the only one your household following a keto diet, that can simply be too much tastiness hanging around.

So I started creating some mini desserts that have anywhere from 1 to 4 servings. Just the right size for built in portion control. And they’re fun and easy to make!

I’ve had so many requests over the years for small batch keto recipes that I even put together a fun ebook. Check it out:

Small batch keto desserts

Given the popularity of these easy keto dessert recipes, I thought I’d pull them all together and put them in one place. And then I figured I’d add a few from other keto bloggers and sites.

Alas, small batch keto dessert recipes are few and far between. I seem to be the only blogger really specializing in this field. But I searched high and low and found you the best and tastiest recipes the internet has to offer.

Everything from puddings to cakes to chocolate chip cookies, so you’re sure to find something you love!

I’m just starting Keto and I’m finding the easiest path to nutritional Ketosis is fasting, and whether necessary or not, just about zero carbs. I’m also finding that almost any deviation results in starting over.
I’m wondering how to view or adjust your recipes or if maybe my portions are too large?
    Thanks, Larry

I really couldn’t say. We are all very different. Perhaps you need to avoid desserts and treats until you are more established.

Years ago when I was doing Atkins I found a recipe for bacon fat brownies. I’m kicking myself for losing the recipe. Stevia was the sweetener and erythritol wasn’t in it. I’m wondering if you have heard of such a recipe. It was mid nineties when I came across it.

This is such a great idea! I live alone and only bake “sweets” for a church Fellowship Meal. But every now and then, it would be nice to have a dessert – and no temptation to dig into leftovers! Thank you for “reading my mind” and sharing these recipes.

I love being healthier, prettier and stronger. The keto life is my new norm, and it works for me. But I must thank you, Carolyn, for you have been a huge part of my success. Your dedication to the cause, and your willingness to share the fruits of your very extensive labor, your genius in the kitchen (laboratory) and the patient clarity of your teaching have helped me and many others stay with this wonderful lifesaving plan. You are so in my prayers. Bless you! Thank you!

It’s so true as we get older our perspective of what’s important to us changes and so do our expectations (less pressure on our husbands ;)). Happy Valentine’s Day and thanks for including the Chocolate Avocado Mousse (it’s actually Sugar Free Mom’s recipe from her cookbook)
